Ticketing Rules and Guidelines:

*Please reserve or book your tickets 3 days or more before the performance. The sooner you reserve tickets, the better.

*Please pick up tickets reserved by the day before the performance.

*Please have some form of identification when picking up tickets. If you asked/or are asked to pick up someone’s tickets, please have a note or their permission to pick the tickets up.

General Rules/ Guidelines:

*Please, no food or drinks in the theatre.

*Seating will close after the start of the performance. If you will arrive late, it might be possible to have to wait until a break in the performance or other suitable time, before you can take your seats.

*The Theatre can be very dark. Please watch your steps and take care when walking through a darkened theatre.

*Please turn off all handphones during performances.

*No photography allowed unless prior permission is asked and granted from the production company. No flash is allowed during any of the performance.

We wish to be as fair as possible to all patrons at our theatres. These guidelines are in place to help everyone have a very enjoyable time while being entertained.
